My name is Christina. Welcome to my blog! Much of this blog reflects my journey living out the principles outlined in the "Thin Within" book, as my desire is to be spiritually, emotionally and physically healthy! As this journey has unfolded I have seen how important it is to surrender each and every part of my life to the Lord.
